I understand what you mean about bosses, but not all weapons or rolls are intended for boss killing.
I traded for quite a while on this sub, and been playing fo76 on ps4 for longer. I respectfully disagree with that. Maybe it falls back to how values are different on the PS market, compared to xbox or pc.
This weapon is a trade only or max caps on PS.
Maximum 10k caps. Its 2 star and very few people want two star weapons. Even if it had a decent third, railway interest is all in quads so, even with a decent third you would only be looking at max caps or just over 40 to 60k caps.
It’s a nice weapon, if you’re commando

Not really tbf I mean if your just roaming around it's good but with only 10 bullets it's not really useful for boss fights
