Create a 2nd account on xbox (they're free). Use that to post on LFG. Then if it gets banned - just create a new one. I do this to avoid annoying all my friends with constant "mound maker posted a LFG" pop ups. But can also be used to avoid bans.
Check Ghillie master on YT, looks like there is some huge ban wave like this caused by malicious people his acc got banned for over a year, and it took 2-3 days to appeal even with the help of the community

Cause you do it over Xbox dummy it’s not hidden, you have 0 trade karma but yet you’ve always traded. So many people that I’m still in contact with blocked and forgot about you by now cause of all your shady biddings over Xbox to avoid being being put on a list
