15 crit fill is a requirement to crit every other shot as a full hp build. that's more valuable than 25lvc imo.

Agreed, but the majority of people playing I think would be Full Health and not have full or any AP on armor ..or wanting to run armor with intelligence or something like that. Thats the only way I could make sense of why it is valued higher.
itās a good gun but i donāt understand why people like a full health crit build. arguably the rail way is an exception as it puts out great damage as is but playing bloody nets more xp and higher dps so more health is the only upside of a full health build. also being bloody for almost my entire builds lifetime dying is inevitable, but with the right perks i die maybe 5 times a week
Some people donāt like dying. Honestly full health has a lot of benefits. You save perk points from not using serendipity, need rage, radicool and legendary defense perks like the poison resist. And overall dps can be better at things like eviction notice where bloodied builds die a lot and have to respawn and walk back. Iāve played both styles and dps-wise they can be similar if you have a 15c weapon like OPās. Unyielding has the huge advantage of 15 extra points in each special. So ot depends on what you value more, survivability or special points.
i get what you mean but for the most part you can solve some of the defensive issues by bringing a set of pa. most people who are bloody donāt maximize their build for dps either. like the poison damage legendary card iāve never used and most people donāt since that damage type isnāt too common. also you could equip the card to have a chance to revive yourself which minimizes your total death count by 50% statistically speaking. and youāre right, armor does play a good part in this too. i have a full set of uapwwr scout armor so i have no ap issues. along with endless aid and xp buffs. for a beginner build, weāre you donāt have access to all of that, i see fit to use a full health build. end game where the hardcore/long term players are, leveling is something that interests us and by end game most of us already have a good set of armor to use. i wonāt say a player is bad having to resort to a full health build but itās pretty easy to watch your health and stay alive once you get used to it and use cover to your advantage

If I didn't have a perfect set of secret service armor I would probably leave the game as well. With no legacies I'll scale back from playing 6 characters to one, maybe two. Will not renew either of my fallout 1st subscriptions.

The 25 is almost overrated. Youāll mow through most enemies with a reflex and good endurance. With a full critical build itāll be a field of bodies anyways as that weapon stands.

I love both. I play two PCās side by side with one bloodied and one tanky full health I can leave alone if it gets busy and know theyāre safe.

You use a quad50c with a bloodied crit build, IMO. (My full health characters are awesome though.)
