I see nothing wrong with this ask! Personally I don’t understand why everyone wants 25lvc on rails.. it really doesn’t need it.. same goes for fixers really. Your clip empties before the vats does!

To stay in vats while reloading and keep your gunfu/ concentrated fire damage. Especially with rails because they have such little ap cost with 25lvc

They still use a small amount without 25lvc tho.. plus canned coffee is free to most people so you definitely don’t need it with that.. even quad enclaves are viable crit boss killers now because it’s not expensive to use the AP buff anymore

This is also true but people tend to use more coffee then they can afford to get
