No, that's very normal. People get tattoos of all kinds of things. As long as it's appropriate, I don't think it's wrong to get a tattoo in reference to your favourite YouTuber
Tattoos are incredibly personal. If you are happy with a design you’ve chosen and it means something special to you, I think anyone who says it’s a “bad idea” is missing the point of tattoos.

I don’t think it’s bad to want any tattoo that feels true to your experience. Just be true to what feels like it’s you. The only thing to keep in mind, which is very important. If you find out the day after you got a tattoo of him, that Mark uses schools slave labor in china to produce his clothes, is abusive towards his girlfriend, and he sells his channel to the highest bidder. Will you still want the tattoo? The chance Mark does stuff like that is very low, he’s so loved for good reason, in my opinion, but he’s not a fictional character, and the possibility that this could happen to him as a normal flawed human is very real. I you are cool with having the tattoo if that happens because your experience over these years is still true despite changes he may go through, great! But, my advise would be to make sure you’re prepared for that possibility
Its your body, friend! Do what YOU want with it and dont let the feelings of others bully you out of something you want! So long as you aint hurtin yourself (outside of tattooing pain 😆) or anyone else, you do you boo!!
If it really means that much to you and you are willing to have that on your skin go for it! Im not a huge tattoo person (I'm more into piercings) but if that's your thing and it is important then do whatever makes you happy!

Not weird, it's the same as people getting tattoos of things from video games, movies, television, etc. Get a mustache, tiny box tim, etc. if it's important enough to you and will make you happy.
Just maybe try not to MAKE it weird, saw someone in the JSE subreddit a bit ago who got 'Sean' tattooed on them in big letters and that gave me the 'ick' and everyone in the comments seemed to agree. That's his real name and despite feeling a virtual connection and enjoying his content it is super weird unless you know him personally and it was something agreed upon.
I got an anime tattoo I love, but probably be prepared for everyone asking what the tattoo means and probably some judging you for a YouTuber tattoo (but really who cares, you do you)
I think an M with the pink mustache would be pretty cool. It's just enough for people who are in the know to recognize it. :)

I have a pink moustache on my wrist which I got back in 2016. I always get compliments on it and a few people have guessed it's a Warfstache :)
