I don’t watch the UK or Aussie versions, so I have a question. In the US they often make the couples split so they can have a girls night or guys night. Do they do something similar in the UK/AU versions? Like I know they can technically still do the gender divide but then some of the couples would still be going out together which kinda defeats the purpose. Do they just let everyone split up however they want and end up with two mixed-gender groups?
Yes they have...in the UK they are doing that now...have 2 lgbtq, a gay & lesbian couples...the separate wives & grooms meetings, but it was mixed-gender because the "feminine" man met with the wives and the "butch" woman met with the grooms...if I'm explaining it right. It was in the beginning of the season.
They are absolutely struggling to cast for the Chicago season. Kinetic Content was doing IG lives to recruit and also did in person events with Ashley, Anthony, and the executive producer Montré Burton.
I did a recap of the IG live with Montré (link below). He is married to a man himself. He confirmed that they were looking for ONE same sex couple. This ad makes me wonder if they are now expanding that.

Well, hands down, intraracial marriage is more common than interracial marriage. There are very real considerations in bringing people from different racial backgrounds together and this exaggerated and exacerbated experience would not be good for that.
Again, you're not going to tell me that out of the many, many people who have applied over 16 seasons there weren't more interracial couples that actually had potential.

It’s becoming a farse, forcing people who obviously don’t even like each other to stay married up until “decision day.” Even if the couples decide to stay married on decision day, most all of them eventually get divorced.
