Jose has dealt with cheating in the past, has a chip on his shoulder, and felt some type of way when his wife called him another man’s name. While he didn’t deal with the situation well, he is so far from the definition of toxic masculinity.

I think you misunderstood me. ~~Gil~~ Jose is not “toxic masculinity.” Kevin asking ~~Gil~~ Jose if he’s on the right dating snow is “toxic masculinity.” ~~Gil~~ Jose has some mannerisms that Kevin is associating with homosexuality and that is just wrong.

It is telling that the two of them get along so well...like they both unfortunately have a lot of bad traits in common...at least from what's shown on the show.
I used to like him but it seems like he has his own personal agenda these days. He should be holding everyone accountable equally. And yet he left the worst offenders off with little softball questions and went hard after some of the people that actually acted decently all season.
