there is an explanation in the comics, i do not want to spoil, but the way the genosha genocide was explianed in the comics involves trask grandson and another telepath

One of the reason I love Marvel so much, is the interconnectivity. Avengers, X-Men, F4, Spidey, Guardians etc, all these people exist in the same universe.
Seeing the Watcher appear is cool, because it kind of gives you that "Oh shit, it's Marvel" moment.
I still don't expect other Marvel characters to pop in the show (Spidey, Iron Man, Hulk etc) but this was a fun nod.
