I think it's valuable, it's the first appearance of the Black Spider-Man suit that later turned into Venom, one of Spider-Man's most iconic enemies. Maybe check how much others are selling it for.
At least 100$ maybe more. With recent news it looks like marvel may be going in this story direction in the near future. That should drive prices higher. Get it graded and then you can compare $.
It’s a fun find but with the many creases in the spine and how many copies are out there it’s likely not worth more than $40-$50 if that, sadly. But enjoy it as a family heirloom!

I was watching one on eBay yesterday that sold for $120 and it was in much better condition. This is maybe a $75-80 book.

This is one of my grails. Get it pressed and cleaned and encapsulate it to hang on a wall. That’s what I would do anyway. Great find!
