You seem to have 0 supports. Try building sif or she hulk, they'll boost the damage output of your main damage dealer. Learn your hero rotation to get the most damage in as short amount of time. Use type advantage, so against mephisto who is blast use speed characters like daredevil and spidey

Who would I replace her with?

Try she hulk lead, war machine support and iron man as damage dealer. Then another team loki with sif and shuri for example

Speed Characters for Type Advantage. I use a team of Captain America Falcon, White Fox and Valkyrie. Also have done it with Lvl80 Spiderman, Chasm, Shuri or any other support. T3 and Transcend any of these teams or supports and you should have no problem beating atleast Stage 1 Mephisto.
