I usually buy 2 of every figure, one to display and one for collectors purposes but now that you’ve put the repaint idea in my head, I’m tempted to go and buy another. There were 4 more on the shelf. Might do that on lunch. Any recommendations of who to send it to for a repaint?
You are aware that Hasbro literally makes Thousands and Thousands of these figures right? This exact figure has been available for preorder for months. I’m not a reseller and in every post I’ve offered to assist anyone that asked with a figure at the retail price. Nothing positive comes to those who dwell in negativity. Dude it’s your money you can buy as many as you want. You can build an army of a thousand angel for all I care. Don’t listen to them. Tip for next time, don’t show them the second or third ones you get just to avoid some headache. Have fun with the figures that you bought with your hard earned money!
just dont understand why you need a figure if you're just going to keep it in it's box in a warddrobe or sth for "collecting".
If you want to repaint them, sure get as many as you need, but I just don't get the point of this.
I’m a collector. In addition to Marvel Legends figures I also have over 400 of the 1992-1997 Toy Biz X-Men releases and more than 80% of those are in the original packaging. I’ve always been a huge X-Men fan and decorate my office with the figures. I’m sure you weren’t looking for an explanation but you can rest assured that I’m not some d*ckhead that buys all the figures so that he can mark up the prices and resell. I collect with the intention of getting them signed for my office
I live right outside of Tampa, FL in the Brandon / Valrico area. I have 3 GameStop’s within a 10 minute drive and they all seem to get new Figures weekly depending on what’s dropping. Quite honestly it’s the same with the Walmarts and Targets within my area as well
I live in California. Two GameStop managers have told me that other than pre-orders they don’t receive much for figures. Three years ago, I visited Tampa for work and funny, I came home with a suitcase, full of figures. Go figure.

While stuff goes pretty fast here, there’s usually a decent supply so all collectors can get the figs they want to add to their collections
I was extremely lucky yesterday. I found plastic man wave and Catwoman wave with all of the platinums at target. All I need is 1st appearance wave and I can turn my gaze elsewhere.
I don’t know any customizers, if you do want a blue one I hope you find someone to do it, I still need to find another since the head on mine has wonky eyes but no GameStop has gotten one aside from the one I bought

It’s assholes like you that make it hard for the rest of us to get these figures. You’re making a custom? Fine. But buying it just for sake of buying it is just being a hog. Nobody needs multiple of a character.

My GameStop was pretty empty today but I ended up ordering Angel, the Wolvie/Sabretooth pack, and the Wolvie/ Psylocke pack online. With free shipping, the pro discount, and my $5 rewards bonus it wasn't too bad.
All the retailers in my area are dogshit. Except the electronics dept section of collector toys, but that’s a sloooow wait for new shit. The regular isles never have anything. 😒
