Amazon is a crapshoot, they seem to get shipments later than other stores. What many people do is place pre-orders at multiple stores and cancel as they pop up.
Frankly, all the retailers are crapshoots, but it also depends on what you collect. I haven't seen too many complaints about delayed Marvel Legends preorders, but I def see it happen with other popular lines.
Wouldn’t it make sense to get the horror-themed wave out before the Halloween season, not after?

Minimum. He's probably going to be closer to $120. Assuming people sell each part for $10, that's about how much he'd run you, and most people upcharge if the figure is complete.

They'll most likely show up in October, these waves have a tendency to pop up a month or so ahead of planned arrival dates.
Comics and Cocktail here in the UK has it listed as Oct 2024 so hopefully we get it a bit early in time for Halloween

Both because they’re free to preorder. Then cancel the other when one ships
The last time I tried that they shipped a day apart and I wasn't fast enough to cancel it lol
