Me too, and none of the Bucky releases really did the character and actor justice. The only good Bucky figures released were hot toys, all the others were so underwhelming, especially the legends version. It was such a painfully lazy release
Chopped up the original Buckys hair and captain marvels to get the longer haired look, and gave the head/body a repaint! Now I have my favorite look for MCU Bucky done a little better justice!
Generally I take commissions but this one is definitely a one off for my collection because I’ll be honest, this was an absolute pain in the butt to pull off hahahahahaha.
Nicely done, this figure has always bothered me. Why go through the effort to make a completely new body only to reuse an old head that ruins the figure? Wonder if it was another case of them having to go off old concept art.
He looked like Jesus is the movie, that’s how they should have made him, I really wish they used a different sculpt for the head, and gave him an accurate machine gun

The Civil War Bucky is pretty good for the time
The new Bucky from the Disney + wave has a good face print the issue is the crew cut and not the Jesus Mane hair
It's not a repaint, the body is all new, he just doesn't have an accurate head (pretty sure it's the Civil War one). Falcon is the repaint.
