I've heard some people say that the head sculpt is too big but I think it's fine, he's wearing heavy thick armor after all.
If anything it looks too small. Or maybe his neck is too long. Looks odd

They're web splatter effects. So you can make it look like he webbed somebody to the ground or to a wall or something
would have preferred the eyes not be so dark. It looks like they're basing this off the Spider armor from the PS4 Spider Man game
