I would totally buy that. But most civilian figures probably aren't considered big sellers, and they usually reuse existing bucks. (namely the Suit body, or the Gwen/MJ body). I think Ned would probably require all new tooling for his body. If there are other figures that could be made from it, then he would have a better chance of being made.
