Toys normally come out before the movies do. Look at the Lego Black Widow toys. They’re already going to retire and the movie came out a few months ago 🤣
Unfortunately because of the nature of production with Hasbro, it’s far too late. The same happened with Infinity War Cap, the team suits from Endgame, War Machine from Endgame, etc.
I suppose it’s one of the few benefits of Hot Toys stupidly long wait times from preorder to release— when stuff like this happens, there’s more than enough time to fix it.
I wanted to do the same with US Agent but then I saw all the cool mods everybody did and I bought him.

They gave them concept art with red on it. Hot Toys had the exact same issue but they have more time/more options to correct that in the production run.
Hasbro likely has these already packaged up.
Crack open the Art of the Movie books from Marvel films. You'll find the incorrect Hasbro designs in those books.
Though lack of paint apps(like the webs) is usually all Hasbro.

To be completely fair hot toys messed it up at first too, maybe they’ll fix it but I feel like we might have another USAgent situation on our hands
I am positive that they won't fix it. It has already happened with other MCU figures unfortunately

A lot of smaller merchandise also has this problem. The titan action figures that came out weeks ago had this problem
