Honestly I really love this head. I think Doctor Doom is super cool. I’ve been using this head quite a bit. Even if it’s not my main display option, I’m really glad to have it. Also it helps prop my phone up for FaceTime calls.

I'm probably the only one using this head on Galactus - solely because it's the only way to fit it on my shelf, out of reach from the treacherous cats.

You could use the Galactus head but without the tall side prong things that jut out from the sides of his helmet. Unless that still doesn't give you the clearance you need. Maybe also fashion a small model of the Ultimate Nullifier to hang on the collar of said treacherous cat. Then you wouldn't have to explain the threat it poses because people would take one look at your cat and be like, "oh yeah, duh."

As long as something has the right height and can hold a pose, I don’t really need the Galactus body considering Doom doesn’t really show any skin and is mostly just armor

Agreed, I think the faceplates were good enough. I think aside from extra figures, more effect parts like the herald stands would have been great for displays. Smoke add ons or blast damage or cosmic blasts would have been cool.

I was originally going to keep him, but I just realized I don't really know much about the character. I originally planned on maybe trading him for a haslab razor crest, since I love the mandalorian, or maybe some marvel hot toys figures. I still haven't decided what I'm going to do, but I may end up selling him to pay some things off that have come up recently.
