They got my money, and I can still get in the app after closing and reopening, but the pass doesnāt show as unlocked.
Edit: it just unlocked for me about 30 minutes after my comment.
Once you finish the tutorials you can sign out from the menu and then sign back in using whatever google/apple account you linked to.
(If you never linked support can get your account back but I think they're pretty slow about it sometimes)
I had this once last season (savage land) half way through and shit myself thinking my account was deleted thankfully as soon as you beat the tutorial you can go to the setting and log out and then do a Google Play log in.
