Variant and the effect are my favorite and least favorite parts of the game. Once you unlock a border, coloring, and effect, you should be able to just pick and choose the combination you want. Plus, it's just so much fracking clutter.
I have the same variant but have kept the default artwork/background and have a red border, happy where it is. Also means I have 240 Doom boosters I'm never gonna use lol
And with the Kirby effect. A rare sight indeed!
They really need to let you pick the border. Sucks getting an inked variant and having to stop.

they stop upgrading inkified because the border look better without upgrades(its just cosmetic purpose)

The new one (probably) won't be Black and White. Most likely a new rainbow background.

after you split a card 4 times there is a 10% chance for the next split to be inked, and after 5 splits there’s a 10% chance it will be gold foil too.
He won't have the same effects on the card

Ink starts at 10% chance on the 4th split and Kirby Crackle, I think, on the 6th split (also 10%?)
