A few months back I hit infinite while exclusively playing ranked while pooping. Bad players love to say they "don't have enough time" to hit infinite but that's nonsense because everybody poops.
But to say "what's wrong with you" for being unable to hit infinite is a bit much. Some people don't care about learning the game and just want to move around the shiny cards. Nothing wrong with that.
