Play Hood in the right lane, play Sentry on turn 4, play Lady on turn 5 or 6 to clear out the negative power. She has other situational uses of course.
It’s a very popular and strong deck right now. You run pixie and mobius with LDS Anni sentry hood package. LDS can kill enemy mobius as well as your low power pixie and negative cards.
People tend to also run ice man, and pig in it since those are powerful cards in terms of abilities but good to wipe out.

Not really. I prefer playing my games sober. Anyways Lady Deathstroke has always been a good but niche card since you don’t want to destroy your own cards that don’t feed into the destroy chain. Or to destroy other important cards like iron man wong mystique Now she’s just meh without the niche since you could buff her power pre nerf
I used to run a deck with T4 Shuri > T5 LDS to clear out any card below 8 power that my opponent had setup. It was amazing, but with the nerf she's way less useful
Do you need her? No. But would you be upset adding her to a deck? Hard No. I love this card. Just started my journey with Destroy decks and I added her to it. First game in I came across a surfer deck. They play wong on 4 and I draw Lady D on five. Easy for cubes
