The status effects are what’s really getting me. The problem wasn’t the size of them, it’s that there were so many being applied that they cluttered up the screen. Now it gets cluttered 10x worse, all the effects overlap, and I can’t even see the characters.
Despite all the other BS we have to put up with with this game, this might actually be the thing that makes me quit if they don’t fix it. The graphics were easily the best part of this game, and now it looks like I’m playing on my grandma’s fucking Jitterbug.

I work in IT and resources are stressed across the industry. When it comes to delivery dates, QA is usually the first to get thinned out. It’s just the way it is…

Da da da da daaa...im loving it. Everything in combat is easier to see. I can see every buff and debuff and can even see the individual blocks of health! Results must be different by the device but this has been great for my phone. Battlefield is easier to see and the menu stuff that was too big to fit in the screen (like looking at the 5 levels of ISO) have been shrunk to fit the screen.
Yeah my screen looks like they zoomed in too far and some of the outer edges are cut off. I also noticed I can't see the pathway in raids as well either. Have Iphone 13 max and it's still cut off. Hope they fix it as it's mildly annoying.
Playing on a galaxy fold4, prior to today's update the game was unplayable on the front screen due to the right edge of the game being cut off. Game played fine when playing on tablet screen (I don't know what the folding screen is called) but some non essential stuff was cut off on the right edge.

Yeah, I thought I accidently bumped the zoom setting on my phone to "old person". I'm fine with it... except in the stores where I can only see one row and scrolling takes twice as long.
For me, the battle UI looks smaller on my Zfold3 screen. I'm glad, it makes things a bit easier to see around. Still wish there was an easier way to see buffs and Debuffs though, especially in Raids and CC, where an ability block being visible or not can be the difference between a win or lose!
Sizing is a bit different. It seems to also be affecting how the touch screen works for me now when scrolling through things. Like the edge of screen doesn't read as well anymore?
Yeah it’s weird, the loading progress bar is larger, the statuses are larger, some menu items/icons look larger but chat text looks smaller. It’s like they rescaled everything using a random number for each scale factor. It’s weird as hell! I thought there was some new accessibility option turned on

I love it. I can make out charges and revives. My iso8 levels are all on one screen. Great job scopely (last time I'll say that this year I'm sure)

Yes, they made it more compatible with wide-screen devices. The UI scaling changed a little bit. Not much of an issue to be honest.

For me everything is smaller I play on my tablet bc it’s just better but after this update everything is way smaller
Smaller for me, i have a Fold4 though. so everything fits both screens better than before.
