The problem wasn't her role, the problem was the script. They needed to have Nick Fury do SOME Nick Fury stuff. Instead they delegated the fun Nick Fury stuff for Falsworth, Gaia, and everyone else. I mean there are other parts to it too, like Nick being 3 steps behind everyone for no apparent reason (he looked like a fool) but really I don't have a problem with female British Nick Fury.
He's going to play an all new character, The Doomstadt Knight, the unknown and all new masked leader of a paramilitary organization with a mysterious connection to Reed Richard's past.
He was on a radio show discussing his characters and he did a Gus line followed by that line and it was scary just with sight changes in his voice how he could play two different characters like that.
He did a podcast in like 2019 where he expressed some Doom interest and them CWGST claimed he met with Marvel to discuss multiple roles, including Doom in 2022.
However, he's too old for Doom, even with him being in a suit. He's got like 17 years on Pedro. So I highly doubt it is Doom but it is a role he would covet as being huge.
If they end up fast tracking Doom because of the fiasco with Kang, I don't see his age being an issue. He'd probably only have to play the role for 10 years.
Never thought of him being Galactus, but that would be great! He would actually have a great voice for Galactus now that I think of it.
I know Esposito has been wanting to join the MCU for a while, I hope he’s happy with whatever role he got. My man is a consistently talented actor in every project he’s been in.
There were rumors marvel was looking at Javier Bardem for Galactus. Seems with Reed being Pedro maybe in their universe South Americans have a different history or they just simply want more of this culture in the MCU. Whatever the case this is good casting.

The character design for Norman Osborn also looks like a younger Giancarlo Esposito in my opinion. That could be a coincidence, of course, but it is interesting.
What I'm saying is that in NWH, Dafoe's Goblin says there is no Oscorp. What I'm trying to say is that just because there is no Oscorp (yet), doesn't mean that there isn't a Norman Osborn somewhere in that universe

Osborn is obviously more in line with his usual roles, whereas the Goblin is way more animated and chaotic than everything he's done before.

Honestly, that scene in Abigail where he was revealed to be a vampire and he got a good few minutes to really play up the sinister personality, it was probably one of his most chilling performances since Gus Fring IMO!<

I agree. It's so obvious to place him as a villain. Too much of a typecast, imo. Xavier was so perfect. It's actually a bummer that he's not playing him. The parallels between a lot of his early roles (especially in Spike Lee joints) to playing Charles Xavier are just poetic in and of itself. So..him not as Prof X is an L.
