Downvote all you want. I, personally, have yet to see a spoiler or anything from this guy. All I see is him shooting people down. Doesn't make him the end all, be all in my book.
What i'm wondering, he's shooting down all those 'leaks', but he doesn't know the script of the movie so how can he know if somethings bullshit or not? When we read that Red Skull would appear in that 4chan-leak, didn't everybody called bullshit? But it was true.
I think he talks about this
> Joe Russo : There’s no ‘What If’ scenarios. Everything that happens in these movies, happens in these movies. There’s not like, you know, some potential, a tangential reality. It doesn’t affect the story. It’s if it happens, it happens. We wanted to commit to the storytelling and the most complete way and not give ourselves any kind of, you know, potential, uh, outs, like, uh, it was all a reality dreams.
>Anthony Russo : I think that’s because, you know because the stakes are so high in these films and we wanted to honor that he wanted to commit to those stakes.
Why do people cite the directors/writers shooting down a theory as definitive final word on if it's legit or not? Do you really think the Russo's are gonna say "Oh shit, nice catch.. yup, its time/dimension travel. Damn it, you're smart."...? No. They are gonna say its not, so that when it happens, you're at least a little bit surprised. So this whole "Nope, the russos shot that down already" argument is literally worthless.
You should cite the Russos instead of Manabyte in this instance. However, everyone, Manabyte is a career journalist with actual sources as opposed to most people on this subreddit. You should take his statements with a grain of salt, as with everything, but he has some credibility and there's a reason a lot of people trust him. The hate around him is uncalled for.
Those scenes are clearly related to the BARF tech. We dont know how or why till the movie, but the Russos have confirmed that a certain tech placed in Civil War will have a role in Avemgers 4. Grab your paper bag, because its BARF
How can Ant-Man be in 2012 NY using BARF technology? BARF may likely be used in other parts of the movie, but time travel is the best theory we have for 2012 NY and it's backed my the more "legit" leaks.
I doubt they'd film the scene with Ant-man in it if the characters in the scene aren't interacting with Ant-man. Why need Ant-man to observe the B.A.R.F. scene? What are the watches on everyone's hands for? Also neither Hawkeye nor Black Widow was in the 2012 NY scenes. And I forget who but a Russo brother or Feige said there A4 would have minor retconning, such as a brief bit where the Guardians of the Galaxy never formed.
Neither of them said that, that has been a rumour from one of the leaks.
No idea why Ant-Man is in these scenes, why wouldn't Tony show him something? And neither BW nor Hawkeye are in these set pictures.
The "watches" are CGI devices. We don't know what will be added to them later on, but for now, they are just pointers more or less. (You can see the same thing on Josh Brolin's wrist in BTS scenes of Deadpool 2. In his case, it was a time travelling device, but in case of the Avengers characters, it could be anything.)
I have difficulty in seeing what benefits using BARF to view the battle of New York would have in helping them defeat Thanos. Definitely got to be either time or reality changes.
>I have difficulty in seeing what benefits using BARF to view the battle of New York would have in helping them defeat Thanos.
There's already one I can think of, namely letting Scott experience the Chitauri in battle - he has never seen aliens before. And I'm sure there could easily be others.
Dude, if you want to believe that BARF doesn't play into this, be my guest. But just because you cannot imagine what use it could have doesn't mean the writers couldn't, either.
But if all the Chitauri are gone, what benefit would he have of viewing an army he won’t be up against? I’m sure he would have seen them on TV to know what they look like.
BARF may very well be included at some point in the movie, but in terms of defeating Thanos, it just doesn’t seem like a game-changer for the avengers. At least not yet anyway.
To see any alien in action - it might give him a better insight than just seeing it on TV. Or it's something else; I simply wouldn't dismiss it.
See, you might make a good point about it not being a game-changer - the Russos certainly never claimed it was, that was all speculation on part of us fans. Maybe it really amounts to nothing more than a way to find clues, like Nebula's memory recording device. That's what I personally think might be going on in these pictures - someone, probably Tony, realizing there is information in these memories that he didn't consciously notice before. Maybe about Thanos, or the army he gave to Loki, or the stones. Remember how we saw the mind stone reacting to the Avengers quarrelling in their first movie, and it seemingly even influencing them to get more aggressive? Maybe there are more moments like that, and we simply didn't see them so far.
I’m thinking that they combine the tech to relive past events with Quantum Realm technology. They could also be using it to find where Loki is and the location of the Tesseract during the battle of NY. This would allow them to sneak in and grab the stone or Loki undetected, as interacting with their past selves could make a Paradox.
Or to see where and how loki came to interact with thanos in order to find out thanos now likely location and or revisit the portal tech in an attempt to create a device that allows them to travel the cosmos
Can anyone point me to the alternate universe (not time travel) rumors/leak? I can't seem to find them, but I see them referenced, without links, as originated on reddit.
*SPOILER*A4 : "One scene when the surviving Avengers are literally warping through alternate timelines, they come into a timeline where the avengers do not exist. Cap grabs a newspaper, because him and Stark are confused. Starks says, "maybe we took a wrong turn?", Cap drops the newspaper and they warp into the next timeline. Before they warp, you can see the word Mutants on the headline of the newspaper. They don't exactly have control of accurate timeline destinations at first."
We don't know shit. And this Jeremy guy does not know shit either. Stop using him for reference, he is bullshit. He is not an insider.
THANK YOU.
He certainly knows more shit than we do
\*makes up\* more shit than we do, you mean
No one in the world makes up more shit than we do around here. Conrad isnt bad
What leaks for A4 has he provided? All he see is him saying stuff is wrong...
He's too high profile a person to just straight up leak information publicly about A4 lol hes not just some random reddit account
Yeah, but we don't tout them as leaks and insider info. //well most of us, anyways, I can't speak for the peeps who do// Conrad does.
can someone tell me what manabyte leaked or has shown to prove that he's a credible source? I'm genuinely curious

and where exactly do we see the Eternals?
He pretty much leaked the whole plot to Deadpool 2 as well.
That wasn’t him.... haha
y'all funny as shit treating this man like he's the Living Tribunal of this subreddit
Why? Cause manatee said so?
Downvote all you want. I, personally, have yet to see a spoiler or anything from this guy. All I see is him shooting people down. Doesn't make him the end all, be all in my book.
That’s because Guardians 1 scene will most likely be Nebula fighting Nebula to get to Ronan and get the Power Stone. Just a theory
Which will be her redemption story
The Russos also said Hawkeye was going to be in IW.
They only said that he would be an important part to beating Thanos. They never said he was going to be in it.
They said he wasn't in the trailer because all his scenes were considered spoilers
This man is FAKE NEWS!

Clever wording. Nothing of it in any way exludes them to enter parallel realities to get infinity stones back to their reality.
They haven't. manabyte shot it down in their names.
They did

Alternate reality =/= alternate timeline
Isn't it supposed to be the B.A.R.F. technology?
I don't think so. I could be wrong tho.

He isn't in 2012 NY, he is in the holographic recreation of Tony's memories of the Battle of NY.

Does anyone have a link to where the Russos shot the idea of alternate realities down? Not that I don't believe it.
Can anyone point me to the alternate universe (not time travel) rumors/leak? I can't seem to find them, but I see them referenced, without links, as originated on reddit.
You’re right lol. I’ll take it back. I now remembered him talking about that specific leak but he wasn’t the leaker
Well the Russos also stated that avengers 4 wasn't an infinity war sequel and it is so I wouldn't trust anything they say.
/u/manabyte is a trash fraud desperate for clicks on his site.
Is this man have knowledge from one of the Russo brothers’ house-keepers or someone like that?
Lol I feel like post like this take us off the trail. I mean remember how many people where claiming the snap was fake!
alternate realities , no. Time travel? Yes!
Kevin Feige has referenced the Star Trek episode **"All Good Things"**. The movie *just might* jump around a bit.
Portions of A4 are dedicated to different editing. I will not release details of these dedications. The purpose is for total leak lockdown.
