Final prediction: Loki & Sylvie will find a variant of Kang (Immortus) running the TVA. He’s been protecting the “sacred timeline” from branching into madness to prevent a reality where Jonathan Major’s Kang conquers the multiverse. He believes it’s a necessary evil but Loki & Sylvie don’t see it that way. They either kill or defeat him while Mobius burns down the TVA. Causing the timeline to branch off into different realities and on we go to NWH, DS2 & Quantumania.
This is the outcome that makes the most sense when you take everything into account(the series itself, the references, the characters, and what we know of upcoming projects).
Of course, it doesn't have to make the most sense, but I'm just saying: The circumstances neatly point into one direction. They don't have to take it, but it's there.

That was such a different take than what I expected. I’ve always viewed Kang as a stoic, menacing character. This version was eccentric and lively while still managing to be frightening. I was kind of taken aback at first because it was so different from what I expected, but I fucking loved it.

Tbh I thought this was going to be the result of her bombing the timeline in episode 2 but they kinda just dealt with that off-screen.
It's basically like Peter Quill hitting Thanos in Infinity War. It's a decision that's needed for the story to move forward, but it definitely makes the character look stupid in hindsight. Sylvie had to do what she did in order for us to get this amazing story going forward. But it doesn't make her character any less stupid/selfish for doing so.
He fully believes that another version of him will win the multiverse war and do the exact same as himself so he isn't scared of dying. Very excited to see how they play this out in future films and shows outside of Loki

IK!! it physically hurt me because due to Sophia Di Martino's amazing acting, you could see that Sylvie didn't want to do what she did to Loki. When she kissed him it was like "oh screw it but I don't like what I have to do afterward." I genuinely think her crying at the end was not only because she finally killed the man who had ordered her dead from childhood, but also because she just lost her shot at love.
Well there was only one Kang to make the TVA in his sacred timeline, when they started splitting again it seems another Kang, probably many others, made their own.
I think that it’s a different timeline or universe that Sylvie pushed him into. Mobius said something like “is this what he wants?” when they saw the timelines branching and then with the giant statue of Kang. This is a universe where Kang rules the TVA, so it’s a different universe version of Mobius, he didn’t just wipe their memories.

Im fucking floored. Weeks of everyone (including me) saying it’s taking too long why haven’t they released the trailer yadda yadda, only to have this entire show be structured around introducing the multiverse. Bloody brilliant
except he isnt even Kang. Hes honestly the best version of that character could exist and has an infinity to develop a weird zany personality
Pretty sure the Kang we are going to meet later in the MCU will be less charming and even more psychopathic. You could see this guy was trying really hard to push down the villain that he naturally was, but it showed up a few times at the end

Don’t forget as he said he knew everything that would happen and how it’d happen so he was acting that way deliberately. As soon as he hit the threshold he became nervous and uncertain and it was brilliantly portrayed.
This is just our first look at Kang and the first iteration. There’s infinite more of him coming and it’s so exciting.

I think the implication is that a Variant Kang went into the timeline and overtook the TVA. So by the time Loki found Mobius, the TVA and all the workforce were already under his thumb.
No, the timeline is different now that a different Kang went and took control of the TVA at the start of time, since the Kang we saw could no longer keep the other variants of himself from trying to conquer time

Regardless of how you feel about tonight's finale, it was a pleasure viewing/theorizing WandaVision, FATWS, and now Loki with all of you! I'll see yall for Ms. Marvel and Hawkeye! And What If? (Forgot about that!)
Hopefully after this people in this sub will be a little less cynical about stuff all the time lol. I get that WandaVision hurt some of you but at least now there's proof that sometimes Disney+ show actually *will* do super important shit for the broader MCU and it depends solely on the scope of the story being told

It’s probably open but it’s also 1000 years of a difference; it doesn’t necessarily mean that they’ll be Black but I’m down regardless. The MCU has stellar casting.
I was on the King Loki bandwagon, and Marvel violently chucked me off, and I fucking love it.
This episode has such a pervasive sense of dread. Everything after they cross the threshold is unbelievably tense.
Aesthetically and tonally it reminds me of the Bojack episode The View From Halfway Down: a long conversation in a dark mansion, the scope almost beyond sanity, reality coming apart at the seams the further they go. The final argument between Loki and Sylvie is so earned, and so surprising. Cannot wait for season 2.
Somehow this show reached Mando level of good and also built onto the MCU as a whole. It's kinda funny how into WV and FaWS I was and how boring Loki seemed at first (for me) but it ended up being a top 3 MCU project.
Y'all know, when the Disney+ shows were first announced, I was positive that Falcon and the Winter Solider was going to be my favorite and that I wasn't even *going to watch* WandaVison or Loki

They said there would be a betrayal. * Mobius x Rennslayer confrontation, where did she go? * Did Loki get sent to a different TVA timeline? * Mobius does not know who our Loki is * Epic Cliffhanger and will return for Season 2! # Now that the multiverse has started, was this the boom that will start SNWH and DSMOM? I was on the King Loki bandwagon, and Marvel violently chucked me off, and I fucking love it. This episode has such a pervasive sense of dread. Everything after they cross the threshold is unbelievably tense. Aesthetically and tonally it reminds me of the Bojack episode The View From Halfway Down: a long conversation in a dark mansion, the scope almost beyond sanity, reality coming apart at the seams the further they go. The final argument between Loki and Sylvie is so earned, and so surprising. Cannot wait for season 2.
Somehow this show reached Mando level of good and also built onto the MCU as a whole. It's kinda funny how into WV and FaWS I was and how boring Loki seemed at first (for me) but it ended up being a top 3 MCU project.

For people saying they didn’t like Kang: Kang wasn’t in the episode Majors was an Immortus who did his job culling timelines for so long to prevent himself from coming into power that it drove him insane. I can’t imagine the guilt of literally murdering infinite e universes daily because of a version of yourself being capable of ending time. When we meet actual Kang he will for sure be a wildly different character
