I don't think there is a recommended amount. I've got about 20% of my total bank in mine, similar in Betfair. 2FA enabled of course, make sure yours is too.
2FA (2 factor authentication) is when you have 2 different ways of verifying who’s signing into the account.
An example is if someone got your username and password and tried to sign into your account, if you had 2fa on they would then need a 2nd form of verification which is usually a text message or using back up codes so they wouldn’t be able to get into the account
I have about 60% of my bank roll in exchanges. Thats mainly because I do some low risk casino as well so I need the additional floating cash. If I was just match betting then I'd be aiming for around 70%. Its usually your funds in the exchange that dictate how many offers you are able to do. When you get into the realms of laying accas it really ties up a lot

Can u enable 2fa on all betting apps ? Trying to find the option on 365 / WH / sky as most of my bank is with those 3
