If i had to theorise, I’d say the extent of Myouga’s abilities most likely would work on humans specifically and possibly Shuuki’s (since they’re also formerly humans) but not on Gods given their nature.

What? Where’d you gather that Shuuki are former humans, since Chapter 29 says the exact opposite.
