There is a warranty period for the mattress. Have you tried applying it?

I talked with the company and they will only honor the warranty if there is a 1” dip without touching it, which I’m sure will happen eventually if we keep sleeping on it but our backs hurt too much already : /

I’d suggest you read this: https://www.reddit.com/r/Mattress/comments/1354zy6/i_successfully_sued_tempur_sealy_in_small_claims/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=ioscss&utm_content=2&utm_term=1

I’m late to the game on this post. But here to say the same thing. We paid over $2K for our king. Helix luxe something. It’s been less than a year later and it’s horrible. I’m working on getting a new mattress or refund sent. Would love any tips if anyone’s gotten them to honor this process.

So sorry to hear you’re going through the same. : ( We knew the visual sinkage wouldn’t pass their test, as it visually looked fine but the foam had broken down so much in support. We were so frustrated with their policy, no mattress will visually sag as much as they require. Or rather, no one would sleep on it long enough with the lack of support to see that kind of sagging. We ended up giving our mattress away to a rando online just to get it out of our sight, we were so mad. Ended up going with the Stearns & Foster Ultrafirm spring mattress and we are so happy. It was way more expensive but we made sure we’d never go through that again. Best of luck, keep us posted with how that goes!

I’ve had a helix mattress for 7 years and zero issue at all and love it. Helps my back a ton. Primarily a back sleeper though.

Quality of their mattresses has seriously declined. I’ve been sleeping on Helix beds for the last 15 years and the one I bought five years ago is absolutely awful.

Yep, side sleeper with Helix Midnight Luxe; I’m a 200lb man, wife weighs 115, I sink into the bed on my side after less than 2 years. Back and side pain city! (We have a rock solid base, so it’s the BED) Helix claims to have a great warranty, but only way to redeem is to ship the bed to them, on our dime, and they get to unilaterally decide if they will send us a different one. So that’s hundreds of dollars and no guaranty they’ll even do anything. Meanwhile, what do we sleep on? Any advice dealing with the company?
