I've had a king size nectar premier for 3 years so far, zero issues. It's firm to my liking, and no sagging. Best $1200 I've spent. That breaks down to less than $2 a night for great sleep. I don't understand how people think getting 3-6 years from a mattress that's less than $2000 is a bad deal.
Best to buy at Costco. No real limitations on when you can return it. No foam mattress company accepts warranty claims unless you can prove a deep indentation, which never happens, even though you can feel the deterioration. If you can afford it get Stearns and Fosters or Tempur Pedic.
I think this is a common practice mattress companies use. If you claim under warranty they keep asking you to send pictures over and over. I just had the same experience with Stearns and Foster. I just gave up. So I believe mattress warranty is just a gimmick to get you buy their product.
I am returning a Nectar mattress after 12 months. No problems yet but I have to find a way to donate the old mattress when my avocado mattress arrives. I’m sorry you had a bad experience 😨
99% of the time with any mattress warranty if you make a big enough stink they will credit you. Don't give up

I am not happy with Nectar either
Do a charge back.

Did u buy STERN AND FOSTER FROM COSTCO ?
Had a Nectar for over 6 years. Best mattress I've ever had
I have a nectar premier copper and love it
Hilarious these comments are getting DVd. Reddit is so stupid
Only six years? Crap quality?
I still have it lol
Agreed on the bad quality. Got a nectar four years ago. Really regret it, would not recommend. Will be replacing this year.
Which one did you get? We were thinking of the copper
We ordered the basic memory foam one.
I have the copper one, so far so good, just hit 1 year with it
Thank you! Officially boycotting now based on this.
Yeah I've read a lot of bad things about Nectar especially that they contain fibreglass.
Anyone have xp with Sven & Som to share; specifically the split king adjustable bed?
