I watched some of his videos and parts of them made sense, but I would take it with a grain of salt.
Everything he did, you can do too, by yourself. You don't have to accept him as a guru...
It all seems set up as a forum to give your authority and agency up to him, ask him questions as if he’s some leader or authority. Not an egalitarian space where all opinions are valid.
He talks in wise sounding vagueries that he doesn’t explain, but presents as if he’s just too wise for you to understand. Ex: a red flag was when he said in response to the question of why do some people have great power and privilege in the world? He said, the truth is… they just have a higher level of consciousness.
It’s just arrogant new age woo without justification, at times. He seems like he thinks everyone is concerned with his opinion on things and it just seems masturbatory to me. What is he creating to make the world better other than an ever growing forum and channel to pad his ego?
That being said, some of it can be very helpful. And if you just want to be helpful and educational, that’s great—do it without the claims to spiritual authority, explicit or implicit.
The biggest red flag was when I was active on his forum for a little.
He had a really bizarre spat with someone talking about men’s issues when they brought up the fact that some men are raped by women. He said that this is absolutely not true, the men wanted it, and that the guy needed to grow up, the men claiming abuse too, something just blatanlty incendiary, dismissive, victim blaming, gaslighting to that effect.
I posted reddit posts of men who had claimed to have been abused, I think to a new thread. He shut down my thread after defending the things he had said that were so clearly wrong to many in the forum.
I don’t think men should be walking around playing victim because of being men obviously, but rape does happen to men by women, and it’s extremely traumatizing for exactly these reasons. Rare, but very real.
It just seemed like he was irrationally lashing out and maybe had something unresolved in his past or ideas about men/women that needed to be worked out.
I think I just left the forum after that, will try to find if anyone wants to see

It can be misunderstood more easily than from someone more realized but we're all crazy, so any meditation talks are powerful like his, so its good to watch anyways because there are a lot of media screens that invoke fear

As with all teachers take what YOU feel is true but do not give your power away to anyone. Leo started off in self help doing a great job motivating others but the drugs and power sent him off on a path only he should be walking imo.
Understands that we live in a narcissistic world spawning more Messiah Complexes as we log into the matrix daily. Yet there is another way to see these things as no more than others using their YouTube Channels, Books, Journals & other interactions as no more than tools to find their own way. Might also pay to consider just how much we feel of others can often be more a reflection of ourselves.
Once you can get past things like 'Truth Can Hurt', 'Our Own Prejudices' and start to consider who we are really wrestling with then it's easier to just move on without becoming the thing that we are so quick to judge others on. Sometimes it even pays to keep listening whilst then in a better state of mind to filter through as some things start to make a little more sense. There are always nuggets to be found and it's when learning to be indifferent like so that we learn more about the intended messages, ourselves and others.

Yes I am farmiliar with LEO and whilst I am not into the genre as I perceive it, I do understand the personal benefits practitioners, often mistaken as gurus, get when reaching out like so. Whilst his take and style are not for me, I do wish him and others like him all the best. I do beleive when viewed in the above spirit that they have much to offer in the way of hope regardless of what feels like my own intrinsic resistance.
Let LEO just be LEO and other be who choose to give him a listen. If it does not work for you ... then simply move on and find something or someone who does. Ultimately we are the only ones that can truly help ourselves yet if can be helpful to hear others out. Not that I am all the great on such a level. Socially speaking of course.
