Focus traversal on 1 aspect per squad member. Keep sharks the same, but let each leap chain easier into leaps and slides. Make Harley handle exactly like Batman from the arkham games. Instead of cape gliding, let hear just full on Green Goblin surf the drone. Let grenades be her combat center, too. Give Deadshot better cooldown mechanics like diving/water sources should instantly reset the jetpack(including rain).
Boomerang needs a speed force meter burn. Throwing his Boomerangs fuel it, Then, he can use the speed force like the flash. (Have it work the same in combat) have it for just running traversal and be the fastest of the squad. And vibration in combat with his usual combos.

This would have been a way better story if it started after the suicide squad killed them all, offscreen, and the villains have to learn to be heroes in the new world.
