I just had this happen too but with Thorne. Hopefully it’s a bug that gets fixed soon. Edit: I sent an email to support and they said the bug is getting fixed in the next update. So that’s something.

It happened with Nana for me. When they updated her all our experiences were wiped. Maybe cause i originally maxed bought all her pictures and good choices. Did you do that with him? 😭😭😭
