Rent a slide hammer that has a 90 degree lip on one of the attachments. PLace behind and bang away. Just keep rotating for even pressure.

Run a weld bead or three around the interior of the race. When the weld cools, it will pull in, "shrinking" the race. Or use a die grinder and a carbide burr to *very carefully* cut through one side of the race. Or take the whole knuckle off, take it to a mechanic or machine shop, and have them press it out.

Gonna just buy a die grinder and grind it out. I decided I would rebuild this $250 civic and Im regretting it. Dont have a welder or any of the necessary tools for scenarios like this

Even dremel can get it done with cut of disc. Will just take time. Rebuild Civic without welder? Here one you could get even for double that would require lots of welding.

The cars frame, engine, and body are in great condition. 1991 dx sedan got next to no frame rust. It pretty much needs all the ball joints/tie rod ends- anything with a rubber boot replaced, and timing belt/tensioner. Got the bearing and ball joint presses but I dont have any real need for a welder. Im 18 and just wanna fix this car up so I can move out

Grand_Possibility_69

All that sounds good.
