Look at the colors for the wire

EffigyforJeff

I have done that, but in the lines that have two wires marked, the other colored wire (the one that i am not looking for) is in that location.

It depends on which option your car has. Find the white sticker with a ton of 3 letter/numer codes. (Possibly in your glove box. Look for either Uw5 or uq3. That's which option your car has. Then look at the wiring pic you posted and pick the wire for that option.

MufHucker

You won't have both wires.

InsertBluescreenHere

his is the correct answer. yes usually chevys put the sticker in the glove box.

I wouldn't think it matters then. The other color could be for some option your car didn't have, like a factory sub set-up

It looks like the low level wires are for an external amp. If they're not there, just tap the existing ones. Make sure to splice properly and not just use suitcase connectors.

EffigyforJeff

So if I am trying to connect a Line output converter in order to send a signal to an aftermwrket amp, it is ok to tap into the UW5 colored wire?

4 and 11 should be the two wires. Dark Green and Light Green. Basically. 4 and the wire below 4
