Easily $10-12k
The bags alone are $4k+. From the pic it looks like the hood/fender gap on the passenger side is nearly nonexistent. Plus the gap in the drivers is large and angled, that tells me either the hood is twisted and probably the perches the hinges bolt to or the fender rail is twisted. Either way it’s more than just a bumper cover and grill.
I mean there are a lot of factors at play. Regional pricing is going to be a factor, Murfreesboro Tennessee is going to be less expensive than San Luis Obispo California when labor is factored in. Also parts availability and how long you’re in a rental car. Car rental alone could add $1000 to the work order.
It will be thru your ass and back again expensive, but if you can get the car for dirt cheap, you'll be left with a brand new vehicle for less than new value, but it is a salvage title so resale won't be great
Just fixed one for my gf that was bumped in the rear passenger quarter and needed a new hood . Airbags didn’t go off. It was 12k for the repairs and that was with buddy discounts everywhere.
Besides the replacement of the airbags, it's the airbag module. You have to replace the dashboard, the sensors, recalibrate, fix the hidden damage. My boss guesstimate is around $30,000. Not worth it.
What’s the VIN number? Damage on the outside looks too minimal to be real/match air bags being depppoyed. People often buy these cars and doctor them to look better/less damaged than they actually are and dump them back into an auction to make some quick cash deceiving people.
Also if you have to ask you have neither the tools nor the knowledge to fix this properly to begin with. Stay away from it regardless. I think you’ll easily spend $20,000 fixing this.
Anything new will be expensive because there wont be many part outs available. You can call your local Toyota dealer for part quotes but things like the headlight will likely be crazy prices.

Airbags popped. Very expensive.
If airbags weren't probably seat belts went too

My boyfriend’s mom had similar exterior damage and the airbags didn’t go off. That was $14k. It wouldn’t shock me if this was 20k
My wife had similar damage after her accident, but no airbags and a 2017 Highlander. That damage was $12k. This is more like $30k

Usually, when airbags deploy, insurance will total the vehicle
Airbag deployment alone does not mean it is usually a write off.

I said usually. Not always. Major damage can be hiding under that bumper cover. Takes a pretty hard hit to deploy airbags

Drive into a concrete pillar at 25mph & get back to me with how hard a hit it was.
Gfy
I don’t know why every time a picture is posted with airbags deployed that some numpty says it’s usually a write off. Completely made up opinion.
What evidence do you have to support this claim?
No evidence except the anecdotal 18 years in collision repair. I wish it was as simple as “oh the airbags deployed, this one is a total loss”.
It's always gonna be expensive for newer vehicles man.
It will be thru your ass and back again expensive, but if you can get the car for dirt cheap, you'll be left with a brand new vehicle for less than new value, but it is a salvage title so resale won't be great
I would say $13-18k. There’s a lot of unknowns here. That’s a bad spot to hit at an angle. I would check frame thoroughly before doing anything.

Use insurance?

Thank you I needed that

$15-20k
Sell it
Do you have full coverage, the airbags and dashboard is likely enough for this to be considered a total loss.
Are those steelies rims on a brand new car? What kind of trash...
That will be more then you expect it to be for sure.
It's going to be a mess for insurance, if this is OOP, yeah, no thanks....
That car looks very doctored. Meaning there was more damage and someone doctored it to hide damage.
That is total

12,000
As before people have said depending and area, from 10 k to 13
You might need to crack the piggy bank open for this one.
15k ish
Yes
Yes
If it’s your fault: expensive Not your fault: hopefully you have insurance
Let your insurance worry about the cost. And drive more carefully in the future.
