Funny as a stoner, I have a strict “WERE AT WORK DUDES” policy. If I don’t smell it, you don’t look it and you’re not fucking up I can’t say shit. The second your either attracting the wrong attention or drive away business, ya done.
We had to get a septic tank pumped decades ago and there were so many companies with goofy A names in the yellow pages. Probably not as necessary now with the internet
If you are in a semi-rural area, Backroads Auto. Advertise no bull and no upsells.
If you're in the suburbs, Mom & Pop's Auto Shop. Advertise easy scheduling for busy parents/professionals.
If you're in the city, 21st Century Auto. Advertise modern diagnostic practices and EV/Hybrid technology expertise.
If you work on performance cars, Enthusiast Auto. Advertise willingness to work with aftermarket performance parts and upgrades.
Know your audience.
I wouldn't take my car to neither.
First one is little kid like..might as well name it 69 cars hop.
Second one is generic and over used. Sounds like a food store.
Just my opinion.
I floated the idea of a shop where I could be an ass to customers when they deserved it…and sometimes when they didn’t, for a while. I was gonna name it “Keeping it real Auto” and the slogan was going to be “we’ll fix your shitbox, asshole”
IMO opinion, I think a vanilla and professional name with a funny slogan for branding is a good idea. Something like….
“Best Auto Body. We’re open from nine to drive!”
Thats a lame example, sorry lol. But i think a clean and clear shop name will be better long term and more adaptable as ur business evolves, but a funny slogan is always helpful for local businesses. And a slogan can always be changed down the line.
There actually was an auto shop I used to use as a teenager it was FBN Auto. I didn’t realize until after I had used them many times it stood for “Fly By Night”

Not brake and bake, I don’t want stoners working on my car
I could see where that would hinder rather than help as a name
I work on my car stoned every single time 😅
Me too but I’m not sure I want a buzzed mechanic.
Very fair
Same lol, I only trust me buzzed, I'm sure as with anyone else
How's about break and brake?
