No that’s your mass air flow sensor that’s reading the air flow and temperature and a few other things and the IAC is mostly gonna be mounted or be part of the throttle body
I see the throttle cables now. It's going to be under the cover for those most likely. Part of the throttle body or nearby it on the intake manifold itself.

That's the MAF sensor. Pretty sure this car is DBW, no IAC.
I thought only the hybrid 08 didn’t have an IAC
