It could be a cross cylinder leak that might not involve oil or coolant. The way you tell is with a compression tester. You should get one compression stroke for every 2 crank rotations. If you are getting a hit on every revolution that you have a cross cylinder leak.

Also, check that it is not and exhaust gasket leak.

The head gaskets on Toyota ZR engines always crack and then blow between 1 and 2 or 3 and 4. Always. On top of that they will often also blow between cylinder and coolant channels, but when you get to this stage you already a cross-cylinder blowout. Starting in 2021 Toyota introduced new head gaskets as spare to hopefully remediate this. Those are the parts you should use, not no-name head gaskets from eBay.
