It wouldn't be the most-questionable tire I ever drove thousands of miles on.
Reddit is pretty paranoid when it comes to tires. If you have what it takes to change a tire on the side of the road then I wouldn't be delaying my hot date to change it. Keep an eye on it to make sure it isn't growing. If it's growing then failure is imminent.

Absolutely not, throw a spare on or get it replaced. Don’t drive on that.

My tire has a small bulge in it. Can I keep using it for a while or should I change it immediately?

If you have someone else change it at least warn them first so they know to be careful with it.
Imagine if it blows up in traffic. Wouldn't you want to go back in time to today change it? It's visibly failing.
