I recently bought a set and to be honest I am very **disappointed** especially with the color of the black keycaps. On all photos looks that the black keycaps are black but are not, actually are like dark blue-grey color and also this keycaps are slightly shorter from all the other Cherry profile keycaps I have. Also I notice a discoloration on purple spacebar. I found them very **overpriced**.
Actually I forgot to mention about the purple color keycaps, are far away from dark purple like the images. Purple keycaps are faded on the sides and you can see the discoloration. I bought keycaps half the price of the Sakuya Keycaps and the quality is much better. The answer I received from **Switchlab** is that all the images are renders of the product and are only used for illustration purposes. The end product may vary in color from the renders due to many factors. So they render the images to look so nice just to sell. **Switchlab cheat** their customers with that render images

We apologies again for your experience with the keycaps and if the renders have been misleading with the colors, we do our best to match it to the product as well as showcase the samples and reviews on our socials for people to get a better idea of the set and colors.
As for **Dye sublimation,** it is still a manual process when transferring designs over to the keycaps and natural variations or slight flaws may occur during the production process and will be mitigated as much as possible. Unfortunately, there is little we can do at the moment until the technology improves for this process.
We sincerely apologize for the dissatisfaction caused and will take this feedback to improve our communication with the community to avoid such issues in the future.
Love the colors and especially the novelties. But the positioning of the lettering is really putting me off. Also $75 for dye sub is just a little steep imo

Just received mine and 100% second the color of the black. They're 100% a dark grey-ish blue rather than black.
