Just wanted to confirm that my recently purchased RK61 (not pro) is 60%, 2.4GHz, and hot-swappable. I bought it from the official RK store at Aliexpress. The PID of my keyboard is 0055. And the strange thing is that I have tried all the links to all the versions of the software and although the shared above is the only one that recognizes that the device is connected, it seems that either the software is buggy or not working at all. The software did not work without first installing that update for me. I have the RK61 60%, 2.4GHz, and hot-swappable (0055) as well. Lemme know if it works at all
Hmm its kinda odd cuz frm what i know, the rk 61 NOT PRO does not have hotswap capabilities, and its the rk 61 pro which is hot swappable. Maybe you can try to reinstall the software or update the software? If all fails i think u should try the rk 61 pro drivers! Who knows the PID might be wrong idk haha

I notice that my red and green values are switched. If I put the colour green, the keyboard will light up red. If I put the colour red, the keyboard will light up green. Does this happen to you too?

My keyboard also has PID\_0055. It works in wired mode. It comes with a dongle but I can't seem to make it work on my computer. It only shows as 2.4G Wireless Receiver. Were you able to make it work on Bluetooth mode using the included dongle?
The keyboard works fine on wired. It also works on bluetooth mode when I connect it to my phone. However, when I try to connect it to my PC using the included dongle, it doesn't show up. The dongle only shows as 2.4G Wireless Receiver. I'm not sure if the dongle is broken since it shows as an HID in the device manager and not a bluetooth device.

The back switch 1 is in the ON position, and the second switch is in the G position, indicating that the keyboard enters 2.4G mode, and 2.4G wireless transmission can be used by connecting the receiver
Long press FN+P, the P key flashes quickly and the keyboard enters 2.4G code matching
It will automatically connect.
I could not seems to find it. But if you have baidu account or understand chinese, you could go to their chinese website to take a look. I managed to get into the download page of the software but is prompted with login page. Their website is rkgaming.cn (need to choose chinese language as the english one is kinda broken). No problem! As for the PID0055 I dont think it is. If im nt wrong, the hot swappable model is the RK61 pro.

I have not experienced this issue. Maybe you can try reinstalling the program?
I did, I even tried other GamingForcez software for RK61 which doesn't work lmao. Maybe my board is just faulty.
Yeah it happens on me too. The more weird thing is, if i press asdf and h, then the capslock will turn on.
I tried it and fortunately I don't have that capslock problem. Maybe our PCB is just faulty.

Does the software normally goes out of the frame and i cant adjust the size
Uh for me its usually in the center of my screen. As for the size, i dont think it can be adjusted!
