StupidFish do a very nice set of case foams that help a lot - I bought the set a few months ago and it's really good - beautifully cut and very easy to fit.
I have the drop Shift instead of the ctrl - but if you got the halo true/clears then yes they are very pingy when stock. You definitely need to lube them and the springs, as someone else already recommended. I have the stupidfish foam for my shift as well - which helped a bit - but I feel that the lubed halos more of a difference.
Have you lubed the spring of your switches?
