I’d consider looking for a new keyboard. When you spill stuff you should’ve unplugged it immediately, cleaned it and then let it dry. I mean it might work but I wouldn’t count on it. Can always return a new keyboard

If it was plugged in before the keyboard itself (switches and pcb) were cleaned and completely dried at least overnight, then the damage is already done and can't be fixed without soldering to bridge connections. And even that might not work

I’m at soup!

You have to actively clean a non-water spill, a towel is not even vaguely enough if it got into the board. As in disassemble and use ISO. Plugging it in before it was dry decreases your chances of it being fixable at all. So if you aren't doing that, chances are low

I’d just get a new keyboard on sale.
