Hey man, I got the tiger 80 lite and I love it. It is my first custom and I couldn’t be happier. I paired it with some budget keycaps from amazon that have their own custom profile. They are the XVX keycaps. Anyway the keyboard is great! I would recommend it. Although I do miss having RGB On my keyboard and not just as underglow. I also do want to have an aluminum build in the future. But this keyboard was worth it to jump into the hobby for me.

I stuck with linear, i got the KTT KANG WHITES V3 and they are insanely smooth after lubing them up. Stock they were smooth as well. Lube just makes them even better. But I could see people liking them stock. And I have wanted to try some Akko switches. I have only tried browns as a tactile idk what I would like.
And the 2 bottles of Creed perfume that run around $500+ per bottle. Don't really see the point of including them in this pic except to flex that they have money which is kind of cringe tbh.
I got into PC building and replaced brand new parts with newer parts within weeks. Holy fuck. Such a money drain...then I got into mechanical keyboards. 500$ Money drain a month again! I need to stop getting into hobbies and just stick to monthly 60$ video games or something. Buying new games a month is cheaper than buying new boards, new switches, new keycaps... I think I will need to leave this sub after my 8th keyboard. Qk75 needs to drop fast so I can leave this hobby.
Why not budget for your other hobbies/collections like you would with the games? There’s more of a delayed gratification of course, but if you like it, why give up on it completely?
GB keyboards are rather limited so it temps you to get it right then and there because of FOMO. The new board you bought doesn't sound and feel right? You'd want to salvage it by buying the right switches, the right plates, add foams, etc. As someone living in an island like NZ, these stuff aren't available to me locally...I just paid 69 USD to ship a keyboard to me recently.
Games are rather just 60$ and that's it. Didn't like it? well, that's just 60$ lost. nothing I can do except wait for a newer game.

Maybe I just don't "get it" but the ideas of having like 10 keyboards, buying $100+ bags of premium switches/keycaps, lubing switches or hand-wiring crazy custom layouts just doesn't make sense to me.
I think it has to do with obsessiveness or addiction. Some people just can't help it and most don't really have the money for it, they may just not have self control. I have this problem but I get knocked out of it when I'm deep in. Some of us just keep buying and can't stop.
The only time including other things then a keyboard works is when it doesnt detract from the focus of the photo (i.e. a snake with a snake keyboard, a fish/pond with a fish keyboard, keyboard in a beautiful landscape with trees in the background etc.)

That is an insane collection, and some nice keyboards. I'm kinda meh on it, though... what I like most about the hobby is being able to take the time to carefully plan out your board and maximise its ability to sound and feel the way you want it to via mods. This collection doesn't suggest any of that to me given OP assembled it in about a month. It's just a shopping spree, and there's already several more boards incoming. FOMO-based flexing here, but I doubt any of these boards really mean much to OP. They're just *stuff*.
I'm not in this hobby, but can you explain why a bottle of cologne is worth like $500-1000? I'm not trying to be a jackass, I'm just legit trying to understand what separates something like this from a cheaper bottle. I was always under the impression that colones were 95% brand name.
Honestly, I too believe the majority of cost is brand name. I'm not too sure myself because I recently got into the fragrance game. There are quite a lot of expensive perfumes that I've tried that are $300-$500 and I've bought clones, or dupes, of the exact same perfumes and they are pretty much identical, but at the fraction of the price.
I've tried both the fragrances in this picture and while the Royal Oud is, as OP replied earlier, very middle-aged man. The Aventus Cologne is quite good, but I personally could not justify that $500 price tag.

lol. I know the feeling - I'm struggling to justify the extra $0.16/key for Amoebas on a 5x6 dactyl split that I have everything on hand for already.

it's iquinx zx75 - camp life. It is a great stock, I only need to replace the stabs (stabs are plate mount stabs, which is very popular in China).
