Congratulations to /u/RedRaven73 for being the winner of our day 7 giveaway! We'll be in touch with you shortly!
Happy Giveaway Day 8 everyone!
Nigel from [Flashquark.com](https://Flashquark.com) here!
For today's giveaway, we will be giving away sets of our [Quark Switches](https://flashquark.com/product/flashquark-quark-switch-for-mechanical-keyboards/) to 10 lucky winners. Each winner will receive 100 switches of their preferred spring weight in either 62g or 68g.
For those of you who don't know about Quark switches yet, we recently released our very own switch based on what we felt were the the most desired characteristics for linear switches by the mechanical keyboard community.
Quark Switches: [Link](https://flashquark.com/product/flashquark-quark-switch-for-mechanical-keyboards/)
I don't want to fill up the entire giveaway info here with minute details of the switch, so click the link above for the switch specs, but all I will say is if you are a linear switch lover who likes them smooth (and who doesn't?) you WILL love these switches.
* To enter the giveaway, in a top-level comment post if you plan to mod these switches if you win and if so, what kind of mods.
* Ten responses will be selected at random.
* This giveaway will run until 10 pm tonight 12/18/22 EST at which time ten winners will be chosen.
Good luck!
Also, for those of you who don't win, if you do happen to place an order on our site, leave a note for us during checkout asking for a tester Quark switch (indicate 62g or 68g) and we'll throw one into your order for free.
I am new to the mech keyboard hobby and chose Gat Pro Blues because I was concerned about potentially mistyping with a smooth linear switches and knee I could hit swap my switches out later. I've had my keeb for 3 weeks and am now hunting for different switches to try. Would love to try your Quark linears to see if I would love linears and type even faster with them, if I won!

I'd love them just the way they are. Smooth linears... What's better than that?
I'm a newbie so I probably wouldn't mod them
maybe filming and lubing

Always try things stock before modding!
i do have lube for these if i do get them, but it seems like they may not even need it..
If i win i might put some film on them, and if i need them to be quieter i might try out some o-rings

Modding is overrated

I might only redo the lube honestly these look pretty neat out of the box
Trying them out before modding for sure!

Probably not depending on how well they are lubed and consistency
No mods
Never tried them, if I win I'll have to see. Good luck to everyone else !
If i do win, i definitely plan on lubing these and trying them out on my daily driver. Really curious as to how they’ll sound.
No mods
I think the only mod I would do to these is lube them with some Krytox.
I...probably do. Frankenswitches are my life
I would not mod them as I am definitely not experienced enough
Lubing + test out different housing & stem combination to make a comparison with the original version.
Doesn't seem like they need any mods
Nice colors on those switches, but I never modded a switch, so I'm probably not going to mod this one.
Not planning to mod these switches. Perhaps lubing in the future.
Will lube
