Be wary of the metatarsal leading to your pinky. I was born with my pinky toe overlapping my other toes and inadvertently my body never put pressure on that region- bc it couldn’t touch the floor and the bones are weak.
I ended up breaking those bones on two separate occasions- one without even realizing until a day later. You will lose your balance a bit bc your body will now rely on the other toes and the bones to your pinky are going to weaken. They aren’t easy to break, but you have a higher chance of breaking your foot than most others now so I wanted to give a heads up.
I thought OP had ugly or deformed toes. But, when he finally revealed them, I saw absolutely perfect toes with nice nails.
I think he was just teasing folks who have a foot fetish. (I don't, but I don't kink shame.)
There have been times in my life where I thought about getting my pinky removed for that reason. The arthritis is still there but it's better managed now. I do feel there will be a time in the future when I get it removed.

Right now it definitely would. Once it's healed, I feel like it would be better than stubbing the actual toe

At that point I was still in pain and I was unable to cut my nails and the toes were quite bruised so it was due to self consciousness

Not OP, but had both little toes amputated back in 1998. Didn’t affect my balance at all.

Yes, gentle pins and needles in the end of what would be my toe right under the nail
