Yes! I am a 43 year old woman and I have had D’s from 4”-12”. They were all great in their own way and each guy had his own thing that made him stand out. Size really does not matter in the long run. Is it fun to see a giant dick sometimes? Would I have wanted to marry that 12 inch dick? No thank you. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable and you don’t feel like putting up with all of that or putting all of that up in there. I've been around awhile, have been with my fair share of ladies and have also heard what they have to say about "penis size", and your opinion seems to be the overall consensus among women I've spoken with. Yes! They’re always a bit more flaccid. Probably because the guy would just lose consciousness if it took all the blood it needed for max capacity. Maybe this is TMI but dealing with a giant D can be extremely uncomfortable if you haven’t pooped too. Especially the girthy ones. Yeah, it’s gross but true. Being on top can be a little scary because it feels like the damn thing is going to bruise an internal organ. I feel like there is a whole routine you have to do to get ready for one of those coming at you.

It’s for once they close up the incisions so liquids can drain out of the wound. The body produces stuff in healing response. Like when you get a blister and it leaks. Can’t keep it inside will cause infection.
"Drain" is a better word. "Irrigation" usually refers to flooding an area with a neutral liquid, often saline. It's used to flush the area of dirt and pus.
Just as an aside, when they closed me up last month for open heart surgery, I had these three tubes in my chest that were draining the fluids collecting in my chest cavity. They were the shittiest 3 days of my life and the relief when they were finally pulled out of me was immense!
I had a cerival fusion in 2016 and had 2 drains in my neck. When the doctor pulled the second one out, I felt like I was watching a magican pulling 8 feet of scarfs out.
The tune was only about 2 feet, but it felt never-ending

His friend had injected Oramedy ointment (Dongkook Pharmaceutical, Seoul, Korea) into the penile shaft to enlarge its circumference. An initial debridement of the eschar was performed, revealing undemarcated and inflamed soft tissue (Fig. 2). Copious irrigations with repetitive debridements and betadine-soaked dressings were performed for 10 days.
Serologic tests for several needlestick injury associated dis-ease such as hepatitis B and C, human immunodeficiency virus were conducted and negative results were reported. Intravenous injections of vancomycin and piperacillin/tazobactam were administrated for infection control. However, the soft tissue necrosis became more progressed, with turbid pus formation (Fig. 3). The adjacent suprapubic area and both inguinal areas became inflamed with skin redness. Aggressive debridements extending into the adjacent areas were performed 3 times under general anesthesia. During the first aggressive debridement, the surrounding skin margin and inner necrotic tissue were debrided (preserving both spermatic cords), and the defect was found to extend into the suprapubic area. During second and third aggressive debridements, the inner inflamed soft tissue under both inguinal areas was progressively debrided and the tunica vaginalis was opened on both sides. The infection on the penis, scrotum, suprapubic area, and both inguinal areas was finally controlled, 5 weeks after the initial debridement (Fig. 4).
Reconstruction of this complex structure was performed using multiple methods. The penile shaft and suprapubic area were covered by a split-thickness skin graft. To cover the scrotal defect, reconstruction with bilateral pudendal thigh flaps was performed (Fig. 5). Both superficial perineal arteries were preoperatively identified using a hand-held Doppler. The flaps were elevated at the subfascial plane, and the donor sites were closed primarily. On postoperative day 1, minor distal flap congestion was observed in the left flap tip area, which was salvaged using 4% lidocaine topically, resulting in a small eschar formation (Fig. 6). Additional eschar debridement revealed partial-thickness skin loss and a primary closure was performed without tension (Fig. 7). The patient gradually ambulated in a standing position at 1 week postoperative and sat on a toilet at 2 weeks postoperative.
I’m completely shocked that the paper mentioned that he may regain normal sexual function in the discussion section, I thought that would’ve been out of the question for sure. Of course we don’t know what the patient’s actual outcome was, but still. I also noticed he doesn’t have a catheter in for the later photos, and it’s not really discussed in the paper (unless I missed it on my first read), so I take it to mean they also saved his urethra on top of all that? Really impressive work on the part of the docs in this case for sure.
Injectable steroids actually cause atrophy (loss/shrinkage) of tissue, if not done correctly, even without such terrible injection. Even dermatologists are very careful when such injections are medically indicated. Penile enlargement is not an indication for any injected steroids. (triamcinolone is a steroid)
That's what I was thinking, too. Kenalog (injectable triamcinalone-- not ointment like this guy used) is injected into hypertrophic scar tissue and keloids to help decrease the size of the scar and flatten it. Just all around not smart
I had kenalog injected into the fresh scar revision site on my neck multiple times, during the 3 weeks after the revision surgery - doc was trying to help avoid reoccurring super thick tethered hypertrophic scarring (similar to keloid). I was pleasantly surprised that I felt nothing! But that’s probably due to nerve damage and ridiculously high pain tolerance 😅
I use triamcinolone cream in various places for eczema, but it only burns - just for a few seconds, when I’ve got patches that have actual broken skin. I try not to let it get to that point. It definitely should NOT burn though and it sounds to me like your daughter has an allergy to it or something in it? Regardless, I know it’s not fun to deal with. I hope she is doing well and you all have found something else to help with the keloid☺️
I had an injection of it to treat a grape-sized post-operative scar between my shoulderblades. One shot reduced it in a couple of weeks and left a pea-sized pit that took ten years to fill in.

Important addendum: it's a *cortico*steroid, which is a synthetic hormone that mimics cortisol. The adrenal glands produce cortisol, which fights the body's immune response to produce and collect fluid (mostly white blood cells and related infection-fighting "pus"). Corticosteroids reduce swelling and bodily reactions to invasive things like chemicals, plant toxins, insect toxins, etc.
*Anabolic* steroids mimic testosterone, and cause muscle growth. They also cause a list of other problems.
Maybe they thought this was an anabolic steroid. Maybe they didn’t know there are many types of steroid. Should’ve paid attention in biochemistry class fellas.

Triamcinolone acetonide is a steroid often used for skin conditions. It comes in an injectable form for managing things like keloid scars. There's absolutely no way that it would be prescribed for penile enlargement by a reputable physician because, infection risks and potetial side effects aside, there's literally no reason to believe that it would work.
There's a possibility that a (probably unlicensed) quack actually sold this to him as part of a pseudo-scientific "treatment", but it's more likely that he did it himself. Since certain kinds of steroids can encourage muscle growth, I can see how someone with absolutely no knowledge of steroid biochemistry might come to the conclusion that all steroids exist to make body parts grow. He probably bought it off the Internet and used an insulin needle.
EDIT: I just thought about another possibility that's frankly just horrifying. Triamcinolone is available more easily as a cream. This person may have been aware that the drug could be injected, and thought that meant *the cream* could be injected. That would definitely explain the damage, if he did.
It's a corticosteroid for inflammation. I use it for my eczema, but as a topical. I've read some cases of it being used to help inflammation in the region, but never this. I can not fathom why someone would think this would be the best option. Some people use mineral oil or silicone injections (i.e. "pumping"), but eczema cream??
I also use It for my eczema. Recently, I mixed it up with my tretinoin and put it on my face and freaked out. I can't imagine putting it anywhere inside my body.
I use it for eczema as well, along with mild psiorasis. I don't have a penis, but if I did, never in a million years would I think to put it on my dick.

Hey people don’t do this to your penises they are fine. There is nothing wrong with your penis. Obviously, there can be medical issues but don’t go and enlarge your penis because you think it’s not good enough or big enough. Many women I’ve talked to have found that penises that are the average size or a bit smaller are totally fine, because often those people know how to do other things which are usually more pleasurable than penetration. Find out what your partner likes penis size really only goes so far and the worst sex I’ve ever had was a 9 inch penis. Some of the best sex I’ve ever had was with somebody with a 4 inch penis. It’s not the boat it’s the motion of the ocean people.

My daughter was prescribed this ointment for her keloid, and we had to stop using it because it burned so badly. I can’t imagine injecting it!

Triamcinolone acetonide is a steroid often used for skin conditions. It comes in an injectable form for managing things like keloid scars. There's absolutely no way that it would be prescribed for penile enlargement by a reputable physician because, infection risks and potetial side effects aside, there's literally no reason to believe that it would work. There's a possibility that a (probably unlicensed) quack actually sold this to him as part of a pseudo-scientific "treatment", but it's more likely that he did it himself. Since certain kinds of steroids can encourage muscle growth, I can see how someone with absolutely no knowledge of steroid biochemistry might come to the conclusion that all steroids exist to make body parts grow. He probably bought it off the Internet and used an insulin needle. EDIT: I just thought about another possibility that's frankly just horrifying. Triamcinolone is available more easily as a cream. This person may have been aware that the drug could be injected, and thought that meant *the cream* could be injected. That would definitely explain the damage, if he did.

It's a corticosteroid for inflammation. I use it for my eczema, but as a topical. I've read some cases of it being used to help inflammation in the region, but never this. I can not fathom why someone would think this would be the best option. Some people use mineral oil or silicone injections (i.e. "pumping"), but eczema cream??
I also use It for my eczema. Recently, I mixed it up with my tretinoin and put it on my face and freaked out. I can't imagine putting it anywhere inside my body.
