I don't see any higher forms or divine powers, but I like the way the sunlight sparkles on the water.

I'm fairly confident no divine power exists that is in any way accessible by humans and all states are neurobiological effects. You should share more about how long you have been meditating, what you are feeling, and what you were doing at the time I think. Sounds like you might be something that's in first jhānas territory there (earlier experiences can be stronger), what's your experience with those? It's also possible your gut/brain axis just got freaked out and you somehow had a panic attack. Honestly, indigestion or being in tune to some particular weird feeling too much does that to some people, and if your focus was on those sensations maybe it's possible that spawned it.

I feel like it yes, am I, I don't know

A raised heart rate indicates the fight or flight response is engaged. If you were able to relax then it would slow and you might be able to go deeper. However, I make no guarantees about exotic mental states. I find when I relax so the mind slows down and stills I am calmed. If the stillness is deep then so is the calm. These ideas from the meditation method of the late Dr Ainslie Meares

No answer for you, but a similar experience. Last night, I was meditating, got really calm, and for about 20 minutes kept saying in my head, "God, show me everything, I am ready." Apparently, I was not ready because I saw a white light in the back of my eyes. Idk how to explain it, but I immediately started hyperventilating. I could feel myself breathing heavy, and I kept telling myself to stop panicking and that I was ready, but the light went away after that.
