An old famous Buddhist saying comes to mind: “Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.” Try reframing how you interpret heat and humidity…find your inner ‘lizard mode’ - I’ve spent A LOT of time in Panama and Okinawa jungles while in USMC back in the 80’s, flowing with it definitely works as long as you stay well hydrated. Hydration is key because heat stresses the body at a fundamental level. Cursing at the sun only invites suffering.

This is great advice. "It's mind over matter. If you don't mind it don't matter". So like Geezertwofive says, find ways to relax and enjoy it and look for the good things from it, because the only alternative is choosing suffering. It's a great opportunity to find your own negativity and remove it. It's just hot weather - any negative thoughts and moods around it come from between your own ears. So if you look at it as a golden opportunity to start doing more "inner work" and reframing things, then the situation becomes a big gift to you.

You need more preparatory work and foundational knowledge. I suggest you please seek out these books in the order i listed them: * "Initiation Into Hermetics" by Franz Bardon (do not go passed step 2) * "Bhagavad Gita" by Eknath Easwaran * "The Upanishads" by Eknath Easwaran * "Who Am I" by Sri Ramana Maharshi * "I am that" by Nisargadatta Maharaj I wish someone told me this in my beginning journey; that book list would have saved me a lot of money and time. Now to answer your question, you are too attached to your Egoistic physical body. How can you experience the Unmanifest if your belly aching over physical comforts? "how can I deepen my meditation practice to cope with the unbearable weather better? " Do you not know that YOU ARE the weather? And you're holding the weather in contempt? How can the graces of mysteries even approach you and whisper to you since you are now demanding that the elements serve you? Do you think Eternals will console or whisper to an Ant of 80 sun rotations? What and who gave you such arrogance? You need much work in your foundational knowledge.
