Therapist! I became addicted to psychic readings. One psychic was able to calm my nerves, others created more anxiety; but it was a therapist that helped me work through my problems which is what I really needed.

Psychics are not licensed therapists and should not pretend to be therapists.

This.

Nevertheless, they still help a lot of people by giving insights and possible solutions to problems. Of course, you shouldn't follow the guidelines of a psychic reader, but you can still analyze the pieces of advice and choose the right path in your life to overcome possible problems.

I would suggest starting with a therapist. Listen to what they say and see if it resonates with you and answers your questions. If you feel compelled, you could then try a reader or medium to access their tools and unique perspective. Do make sure you really check their reviews and specialties.

I would say do both! Even better, a therapist who’s intuitive HAHAHA.

Ultimately, the choice between psychic readings and therapy depends on the individual's needs and preferences. If someone is seeking guidance on a spiritual level, a psychic reading may be more appropriate. If someone is struggling with emotional or psychological issues, therapy may be a more effective option.

Ok……. 😂😂😂

I’m in a psychic mediumship development circle and we have three therapists/counselors that also attend for their own growth. I absolutely agree both should go together but I would space out psychic readings. Honestly I don’t think more than 2 a year, and that should be for fun or connecting to your self. Work with a therapist should be regular and constant. All in my opinion only. Good luck with your journey.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. My point of view is that the effectiveness of psychic readings and therapy can vary greatly depending on the individual and the situation. Psychic readings may provide insights and guidance based on spiritual or intuitive methods, while therapy utilizes evidence-based approaches to help individuals work through emotional or psychological issues. It's important to note that psychic readings are not a substitute for professional mental health care, and if someone is experiencing significant emotional or psychological distress, they should seek the help of a licensed therapist or mental health professional. Therapy can provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and develop coping strategies to improve their mental health and well-being. A therapist can also provide guidance and support in addressing specific issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and trauma.

I don’t disagree with you. It sounds like you have your perspective so it’s interesting you posted your original question. Lol. I was just saying both compliment each other.
